Open Waters Home Health Care, Inc. is a provider of home health services – a way for care to be provided at the comfort of the client’s home. It assists in maintaining patient independence and lessens the need for hospitalization. Health care given at home is usually less expensive, more convenient and just as effective as care you receive in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
Home Health Care Eligibility
Home Health Services are ideal for individuals who have suffered an injury or illness that requires intermittent skilled nursing and therapy care such as: diabetes, stroke, and other cardiac, respiratory, or neuromuscular conditions which can be safely and adequately met at your home.
We recommend that you get an evaluation from one of our staff (a registered nurse or a care coordinator) to determine whether or not you are eligible for home health services. Set an appointment online! Upon request from you, your family, or your physician, a Registered Nurse will be at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to evaluate your condition and specific needs.
Payment Sources
Home Health Care may be paid for by the client directly through Private Pay. Medicare and Medicaid are also acceptable forms of payment.

Open Waters Home Health Care, Inc. services are provided by compassionate, insured and licensed Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Medical Social Workers. Your personal care Health Aides works under the close supervision of a Registered Nurse.
